Our marinated, hand cut filet with rosemary roasted red potatoes and a fried egg. Breakfast made easy.
Chicken Sausage Breakfast
Delicious high protein chicken sausages links paired with and over hard egg and oven roasted sweet potatoes.
Walking Taco
A taco that you can walk around with you can even add this meal to tortillas if you'd like the full taco experience. Lean ground turkey over our fiesta rice and topped with cilantro, sliced radishes and limes.
Turkey Bolognese
Pasta with meat sauce. We start with onions and ground turkey, slowly simmering a tomato sauce. Patience is the key to cooking this meal! Topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
New Orleans Jambalaya
Andouille sausage, browned in a pan, then the holy trinity of Cajun cooking (onion, celery, bell pepper), followed by brown rice, crushed tomatoes, Cajun seasoning and finished with wild caught shrimp! This meal was inspired by a trip we took to New Orleans and learned some techniques at the New Orleans school of cooking.
Salmon Pesto Pasta
Roasted, wild caught salmon on top a luxurious pile of rotini pasta tossed in basil pesto (nut free!) and fire roasted peppers and onion.
Sweet Potato Totchos
Sweet potato tater tots served "nacho" style with our applewood smoked chicken, black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes and cheese on top! Very tasty and fulfilling.
Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
Classic macaroni and cheese (with a little less cheese and no added butter) but all the great flavor you grew up with, with our minimally processed shredded Buffalo chicken on top! This meal is a little spicy from the cayenne sauce
Cherry Wood Smoked Pork Mac and Cheese
Pork shoulder dry rubbed and smoked overnight with cherry wood, shredded and piled atop our light and savory mac and cheese.
Smoked BBQ Chicken
Slow-smoked chicken thighs shredded with a mix of brown rice, fire roasted sweet corn, diced jalapenos (so a little bit of heat), cilantro and broccoli.
Chicken Teriyaki
Bold, authentic flavors in this meal will have you feeling like this was made at a restaurant - but the lack of so much extra oil, MSG, and salt results in a noticeably lighter meal. Boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated overnight in our personal teriyaki sauce and then baked to perfection. Served with jasmine rice and green beans.
Fajita Chicken
Chicken thighs, marinated in a sweet and smoky sauce, over a mix of fire roasted corn, red and green bell peppers, caramelized onions, brown rice and pinto beans.
Turkey Chili
The heartiest Herculean meal. Our turkey chili is slow-simmered with whole D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes, pinto and red beans, onions cauliflower and kale, along with 3 different high-grade chili powders. This savory meal is especially great when the weather isnt cooperating.
BBQ Pulled Pork and Sweet Potatoes
We use pork tenderloin, trim all the fat and braise it overnight. Then we toss it with our house BBQ sauce, and serve it with a cup of diced sweet potatoes and a cup of broccoli.
Butter Chicken
Chicken thighs in a savory, Indian-inspired butter sauce over basmati rice with a little shredded kale and garbanzo beans.
Ghost Pepper Smoked Pork Mac and Cheese
Pork shoulder dry rubbed and smoked overnight with cherry wood, shredded and piled atop our light and savory mac and cheese. With a slice of ghost pepper pepper jack cheese on top!
Brunswick Stew
A staple of many BBQ restaurants, especially in the south, Brunswick stew is sort of a "throw it all in the pot" tradition that varies depending on ingredients on hand. Ours has smoked pork, smoked chicken, greens, roasted corn, tomatoes, beans, kale & green beans. We think you'll love this meal for its savory and smoky combo of flavors and the nutrition that it provides.
Pork Ribeye with Cauliflower Mac and Greens
Our house bayou rub on baked pork ribeye (tastes like high end summer pork chops), with an out-of-this-world cauliflower mac & cheese with a texture that we love. We added some greens to fill out this meal. Can't wait for you to try it.
